This role will focus on assisting with the execution of operational plans, providing data-driven insights to enhance performance, and supporting decision-making across global teams. The position requires a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting, with an emphasis on business management, operational planning, and process optimization, using key business intelligence tools.\rKey Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and support business planning.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track performance across global sites.
• Build data models to support operational analysis and find opportunities for process improvements.
• Leverage data analysis to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Use a variety of business intelligence platforms and reporting tools to structure and analyze data, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Support the integration of tools such as Office 365, Power Automate, and other systems to streamline business processes and enhance operational workflows.
• Collaborate with SIS partners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data analysis and reporting projects that support operational planning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to the execution of process improvement initiatives and support special projects aimed at exploring emerging technologies for better operational efficiency.
• Assist with the implementation of new solutions and feasibility pilots to enhance operational processes and capabilities.
• Create, maintain, and optimize SharePoint 365 and Teams sites to support collaboration, data management, and workflow efficiency.
• Use Office 365 tools to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve data aggregation and reporting.\r\r
