This role will develop and execute program- and trial-level PSE strategies, including site engagement, DEICT, and advocacy, in alignment with all applicable compliance policies and procedures. The manager will collaborate with local, site-facing roles, and partners in the Innovation & Advocacy teams within Global Development to shape fit-for-purpose strategies and tactics while gathering insights to inform and optimize these strategies.\r\r\rPrimary responsibilities:\r\r

• Develop and execute program- and trial-level PSE strategies, including site engagement, DEICT, and advocacy, ensuring alignment with compliance policies and procedures.
• Gather local insights to inform and optimize the development of global program- and trial-level PSE strategies.
• Collaborate with site-facing roles and external stakeholders to gather insights that inform tailored strategies for patient engagement and diversity.
• Continually evaluate and optimize PSE strategies and tactics to enhance effectiveness and adaptability.
• Identify and own Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct Return on Investment (ROI) analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and tactics across programs and trials.
• Manage program- and study-specific vendor activities to support recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Drive innovative strategies and novel tactics to build and maintain enduring relationships with sites and patient representative groups (e.g., Patient Advocacy Groups).
• Create site-facing materials, train teams, and develop dashboards to track the progress of DICT initiatives and recruitment efforts.
• Manage recruitment timelines to meet local submission processes while maintaining documentation of recruitment development and quality standards.
• Support benchmarking and best practice sharing across clinical teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support the onboarding of new team members, fostering employee engagement, inclusion, and adherence to Credo Behaviors.\r\r
