Engagement (PSE) is responsible for executing programmatic
recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies that ensure
diverse participation in clinical trials. This role will develop
and execute program- and trial-level PSE strategies, including site
engagement, DEICT, and advocacy, in alignment with all applicable
compliance policies and procedures. The manager will collaborate
with local, site-facing roles, and partners in the Innovation &
Advocacy teams within Global Development to shape fit-for-purpose
strategies and tactics while gathering insights to inform and
