We are looking for a full-time motivated Leasing Consultant to work at one of our properties located throughout the greater Philadelphia Region. If you love talking to people and find the idea of finding someone's home exciting - we would like to talk to you!--What You Will Be DoingThis full-time role emphasizes sales, customer service, and project management skills. The primary responsibility of this position is to be the brand ambassador for our apartment communities, to lease apartments through product demonstration, and follow-up, and to assist the Property and Leasing Managers with various projects. You will be an integral part of the onsite marketing and will assist the marketing team efforts in the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives and resident engagement.We offer thorough training programs to support on-going sales, service, and technical skills development.
