Job description
The Ocean Export Coordinator for our Philadelphia-based NVOCC will be responsible for executing all aspects of the ocean operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, transportation lines, brokers, and shippers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a ever-changing business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day coordination of ocean shipments and documentation
  
• Collaborate with international customers, suppliers, steamship lines, and freight forwarders
  
• Create and prepare required documentation for domestic and international shipments
  
• Assist with expediting orders for timely processing and delivery to end-users
  Requirements:
  
  • Knowledge of ocean export regulations and requirements
    
  • Minimum 1-3 years freight forwarding or NVOCC experience
    
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Job Type: Full-time
    
    Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
