What You'll Do:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery in a fast-paced food production environment

- Troubleshoot and repair modern automated equipment

- Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and ammonia systems

- Install and repair electrical components, transformers, switches, and wiring

- Perform preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly

- Weld, cut, and replace machine parts as needed

- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering team to resolve issues


What You Bring:

- Experience with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working with material handling equipment and in a cold storage environment (32 -F or lower)

- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and reach throughout shifts
