Direct all aspects of lab operations, including troubleshooting, hardware and software integration, procurement, shipment, and item intake.
Coordinate Wi-Fi testing and implementation, ensuring all networking concepts such as routing, Ethernet, and switches are strictly adhered to.
Coordinate with vendors to acquire necessary lab equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
Maintain lab inventory and documentation, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and in efficient working condition.
Successfully implement standard methodologies for lab management, aiming for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Provide technical support and mentorship to the team, encouraging an environment of collaboration and knowledge sharing.



Job Requirements:

Proven experience in lab management, with a strong background in troubleshooting and hardware/software integration.
Familiarity with Wi-Fi testing and networking concepts, including routing, Ethernet, and switches.
Experience with Spirent, Candela, or precric tools is highly preferred.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and determine priorities effectively.



Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
