V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Project Analyst for our premier client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Education and Experience - Bachelor's in business, Tech or related field.
3-5 years in Project Management or Process Management (enterprise level preferred).
Experience dealing with internal stakeholders.
Emerging tech and start up passion.
Strong comm skills and problem-solving skills.
A business background and tech or AI is helpful.


Preferred: Airtable a BIG plus.
ChatGPT, AI Tools experience.
MS office.
Experience with compliance and security processes


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Must be outspoken and have an opinion, cannot be afraid to speak up.
Must be interested in working in a start-up env and emerging tech.
Need a detailed person.
Strong Project Management Mindset.
Self-starter.
Analyze situations, drive insights and drive projects to completion.
Project Management and passion for start-ups are the 2 key things here.
Will track KPI's.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities: Need help managing that scale of projects and will support vendor onboarding process (legal, compliance etc.).
Will work with stakeholders and communicate project risk and identify opportunities to improves systems and processes.
