Maintenance Manager to take charge of our mechanical maintenance
teams across the plant. If you're passionate about optimizing

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team in executing a proactive approach to
preventative and predictive maintenance, focusing on reliability,
equipment availability, and minimizing unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate closely with operations to identify and resolve
issues swiftly, ensuring high performance across all assets.
- Oversee the maintenance budget, optimize spare part management,
and ensure all maintenance work is efficiently planned and
scheduled.
- Drive a culture of safety, ensuring all safety protocols are well
understood and strictly adhered to.
- Work alongside engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot,
maintain, and improve key systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Implement and oversee programs that improve maintenance metrics,
asset utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure top-tier workmanship and lead a team with a focus on
performance recognition and accountability.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide your team to
success.
- In-depth knowledge of CMMS systems and work order processes.
- Expertise in a range of areas, including mechanical systems,
electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and more.
- Proven ability to improve asset productivity and safety, and
manage emergency downtime.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a
proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage
multiple tasks and lead projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field
preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in maintenance management within
a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Solid understanding of OSHA safety requirements and best
practices.
