What You'll Do:

- Lead & Supervise: Manage and mentor a team of assemblers to ensure seamless, high-quality production.

- Precision Assembly: Oversee the assembly of electronic components, following detailed specifications and blueprints to the letter.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards through meticulous checks and attention to detail.

- Safety First: Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment where efficiency thrives.

- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals and deadlines while fostering an open communication flow.

- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and manage materials within the production area when needed.
