Job Description:

Our client, a nationally recognized real estate firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team. This direct-hire opportunity offers a base salary of up to $55,000 plus commission. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and the drive to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Points:
Build a pipeline of prospects through networking and social media.
Manage the leasing pipeline: handle incoming traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures.
Conduct property tours and showcase world-class amenities.
Analyze market availability and monitor competition.
Generate leasing traffic and enhance brand awareness through social content and marketing events.
Maintain courteous communication with residents and applicants.


About You:
2+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family housing.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Polished, self-motivated, and customer-service focused with strong closing techniques.
