Job Description:

A company is looking for a VP Engineering to lead and expand their Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the engineering team in delivering new value to users
Oversee all software and infrastructure operations
Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in Engineering leadership at high-growth startups
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Deep understanding of modern technology stacks and cloud infrastructure
Experience managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams
Experience with distributed teams and async communication
