People Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the People Team department.



Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and payroll processes
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll


Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in an HR or People Team role
At least 1 year of experience running payroll
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Rippling is a plus)
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
HR Certification is a plus
