Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Category Manager,
Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations of complex technology category agreements with
global suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms
Conduct category analysis and develop sourcing strategies to
support business objectives and drive cost savings
Develop and execute category strategy plans in collaboration with
leadership and stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and risk
mitigation
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of strategic sourcing experience in technology
categories such as SaaS, AI, and Telecom
Strong influencing and leadership skills with a proven ability to
drive supplier performance
Advanced negotiation skills and a solid understanding of
negotiation strategies
Proficient in data analytics and business metrics for informed
decision-making
BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
