Job Description:
A company is looking for a PFS EDI Associate to oversee
automated billing and posting job streams.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and correct electronic billing claims and ensure balancing
of activities
Post daily, weekly, and monthly payment transactions while
identifying and correcting errors
Research and evaluate third-party claims edits and implement new
electronic billing processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in
accounting or information systems preferred
Four or more years of experience in financial services or patient
account management
Expert analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot system
problems
Knowledge of medical terminology and laws related to
confidentiality, credits, and collections
Ability to interact with IT staff to guide technical solutions for
system issues
