dedicated Industrial Maintenance Manager who thrives in a dynamic,

plumbing system is in tip-top shape.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the inspection and repair of mechanical systems to
maintain health and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment,
calling in outside expertise as needed.
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on systems and
equipment.
- Assist with the setup and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and
other vital systems.
- Maintain plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems for optimum
functionality.
- Regularly inspect fire and security alarm systems, arranging for
repairs when necessary.
- Handle minor repairs (e.g., locks, windows) as required.
- Lead pest control activities, including the safe application of
insecticides.
- Ensure the upkeep of facilities, including landscaping, painting,
and carpentry tasks.
- Contribute to budget planning and actively manage maintenance
costs.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 mechanics and contractors, managing
smaller projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical
systems.
- A solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other
technical systems.
- Familiarity with general maintenance processes and software
tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools, appliances, and devices commonly
used in industrial maintenance.
- Excellent manual dexterity and strong problem-solving
abilities.
- Good physical fitness and stamina for various tasks.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent); a certificate in HVAC,
building maintenance technology, or a related field is a plus.
