Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Project Coordinator to improve
sales processes and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Compile marketing materials for the sales department, including
presentations and promotional content
Coordinate logistics for sales tradeshows, conferences, and other
events
Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in
HubSpot
Required Qualifications
Strong administrative background with a focus on sales and
marketing
Experience with event planning and coordination
Proficiency in using HubSpot for sales and marketing tasks
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors
Experience in creating marketing collateral and email
newsletters
